KUCAS certification
Since March 17, 2003, Kuwait's industrial administration (PAI) began to implement ICCP plan, most of the household electrical appliances, audio and video products and lighting products are within the scope of the ICCP.
(a) the basic elements of the plan are:
1) all products must conform to the Kuwait national technical regulations or the relevant international standards;
2) every batch of products, export must be along with the cargo holds ICCP certificate (CC), in order to customs clearance.
3) arrived at importers of entry class of the goods without certificate of CC may be refused, or ask for sample testing.If do not conform to the requirements of the importing country would be ordered to return the delivery port, so that the exporters or manufacturer unnecessary delay and loss.
ICCP plan for exporters or manufacturers have CC certificate provides three ways, the customer can according to the nature of their products, conform to the standard, shipment and how often choose the most appropriate way.CC certificate authorized by the Kuwait PAI Country Office (PCO) to handle the issue.
Kuwait KUCAS certification process:
1. Consulting certification and related information.
2. Send the quotation or entrust agreement;
3. Prepare samples (depending on the specific product ***ermine the number of samples) and data (such as: manual, electric schematic diagram, key-module listing, etc.)
4. Going to apply for TER application form and other information (if you want to apply for the need to provide, do not need to apply for direct application TIR certificate)
5. Apply TER certification.
Before 6. Products are exported to TIR application materials (such as TER certificate or test report, TIR application form, packing list and Invoice, etc.) to apply for the inspection.
7. The inspection is completed, to obtain the TIR certificate for customs clearance. |
